Currently the Science On A Postcard Etsy shop is running as normal. I am using Royal Mail click and drop to buy postage online, and then popping all of the orders in my local postbox on my daily walk to make sure I am minimising social contact as far as possible. Currently, Royal Mail remains open for business as usual, though they are understandably experiencing some delays as a result of staff shortages due to sickness and/or isolation.
Please bear with me through this very strange period – I really appreciate your support, and will do my best to make sure that your order reaches you in good time.
‘Research Communicator’ soft enamel lapel pin in orange with black coloured plating.
Pin badge measures approximately 33mm in width, and has a locking clutch back.
Comes with limited edition ‘Science On A Postcard x Research Retold’ backing.
This pin is a collaborative project between Science On A Postcard, and Research Retold.
Research Retold supports researchers to create positive social change by retelling research in accessible visual ways.
This pin has been created alongside an A5 notebook (link here: https://www.etsy.com/uk/listing/753343575/evidence-based-change-peer-review-a5?ref=shop_home_active_2) to celebrate Research Retold’s second birthday!
In celebration, £1 from the proceeds of each pin and notebook will be donated to Getaway Girls, a Leeds-based charity local to Research Retold HQ, that empowers girls and young women aged 11-25 to build up confidence, develop new skills and take positive risks in an environment which offers cooperation and support.
